1. General Policy
At Fipay, we take pride in the quality of our digital resources. Because our products are digital downloads that are instantly accessible upon purchase, we generally **do not offer refunds** once a purchase is completed and the files have been downloaded.
Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be “returned.” As such, all sales are considered final.
2. Exceptions (When We DO Refund)
We want you to be happy. We will issue a full refund in the following specific circumstances:
- Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally bought the same product twice.
- Technical Defect: The file is corrupt, damaged, or cannot be opened, and our support team is unable to fix the issue for you within 48 hours.

4. Chargebacks
