1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Fipay (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Fipay website and the digital products purchased through it.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all digital products (ebooks, templates, toolkits) are our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
License to Use: When you purchase a digital product from Fipay, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the product for your own personal or internal business use. You may NOT resell, redistribute, or share the product files with third parties.
3. User Representations
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions; and (4) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
4. Products and Purchases
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.
Digital Delivery: Your products will be delivered automatically via email immediately after purchase. If you do not receive your link, please check your spam folder or contact support.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital assets, which can be downloaded instantly, all sales are considered final. However, we may offer refunds in exceptional circumstances (e.g., duplicate purchase, file corruption) at our sole discretion. Please review our full Refund Policy page for details.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. Prohibited activities include:
- Systematically retrieving data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
- Making any unauthorized use of the Site, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email.
- Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security-related features of the Site.
